I. GENERAL:

The service you will offer and support is the logistics related to the international cargo transportation by sea.
The position requires developing new and supporting existing clients, carriers and third parties logistics accounts. You will be in daily working with accounts of various types and sizes, building relationships, problem solving and assessing their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

Consider the entry-level part-time position a start to achieving a full-time manager position.
Previous experience in the cargo transportation industry is preferred, but not absolutely necessary. We will teach. Continuous study of the business is crucial.
Strategic, creative thinking and relationship building skills a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively influence others.
Strong PC skill in using MS Office and other applications in Windows environment.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

II. THE INITIAL THREE MONTHS PROBATIONARY PERIOD:

The temporary status during the probationary period should allow to our company closely evaluate the progress and skills of yours, determine appropriate assignments and monitor other aspects of your activity, such as how you be able to learn the business, interact with co-workers and customers.

During this probationary period, if for any reason your activity will be considered inappropriate, your participation in the Amid Logistics, LLC business can be terminated at any time. No payment for the last pay-period will be provided to you. All assets gained by you during your activity in Amid Logistics, LLC must be returned in the proper order without delays. All intellectual property and accesses to any sources must be kept strictly confidential and cannot be used in your further activity in any way.

If you will succeed, then at the end of the probationary period, in general, you must to be able to:

Clear understand the scope of Amid Logistics LLC’s business;
Be able completely and independently support all aspects of services offered by our company;
Starting developing your department.

III. YOUR COMPENSATION DURING THE INITIAL THREE MONTHS PROBATIONARY PERIOD TOWARD W-9:

During this probationary period, in event if you will be successful in your job, you receive compensation toward the Form W-9 provided by you.

Note: You are NOT on a payroll (W-2) schedule. This NOT an hourly paid position. You are responsible for all taxes related to the compensation.

The amount of the part-time monthly compensation is $700 per calendar month.

In event if you will succeeding in the business during this probationary period, a monthly basic compensation intended to be paid to you in two parts two times per calendar month:

1st part (pay check) on 15th of each month
The second part on the 1st day of following month, no matter how many days are in the previous month (28, 29, 30 or 31).

IV. YOUR WORK SCHEDULE:

You work at our Palm Coast, FL office five days a week: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM. At least five hours per working day.

Note: During the probationary period your work schedule is flexible and may be adjusted to your personal needs if necessary.

We also expect that you will continuously to do your homework in order to improve your qualification in the OTI business.

Some national U.S. Holidays will be paid days off for you. You will be informed about paid holidays in advance.

V. AT THE END OF THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD:

If you will succeed during this probationary period, based on the result of your activity we discuss with you your further working conditions as with a valued full-time or part-time team member of our business.
