Type destination port (or rail terminal in landlocked countries) listed in our web page. Example: Germany, Bremerhaven
If you need another destination, then type it in the same format. We will reconfirm our possibility to ship your cars to the requested destination.
2. Pickup information
NO PICKUP – Type name of city in the USA listed in our web page where we can accept your cars for the quality loading. Example: Jacksonville, FL IF YOU NEED US TO PICKUP(S) your car(s) then provide complete info on pickup for each car.
Notice: Press 'Add Vehicle' button as many time as many cars you ship. New block will popup. For your convenience it will contain pickup information from the previous block. Change this information as you wish.
Please do not miss the following information for each car. Otherwise we must retrieve this information from you anyway.
3. VIN
VIN - an acronym for "vehicle identification number". It's a string of 17 digits and letters posted in the title of your car. It also posted on the driver's side dashboard of your car, where it can be seen from outside the car.
When ship cars overseas, U.S. Customs will match this VIN in the title and on the car before to release it to export.
4. Insurance
Typically, a rate on vehicles is $1.5 per $100 (1.5%) of insured value declared, $100 minimum. Deductible as a rule is $500. However we must reconfirm this rate for every single car and/or shipment.

5. What is SED?
SED - U.S. Shipper's Export Declaration. On shipments that contain motor vehicles SED must be filed. Complete information from the vehicle(s) title(s) must be submitted in the SED(s). This is the mandatory U.S. Customs requirement. Please find more about SED in this link
